The technology employed within this equipment utilises the band of frequencies that is also used for remote control of car and house alarm systems. Therefore there is always a remote possibility that false triggering may occur if the unit is used in densely populated areas, however this is unlikely due to the large number of codes available.
Under ideal conditions the transmitter/receiver combination will have a range of up to 30 metres (100ft)
Typical battery life is 60 Hours Using Duracel PP3 battery.

The Transmitter/Receiver are supplied as matched pairs, it is important that these are kept together as each keyfob will only work with its associated receiver.
If an additional or replacement Keyfob is required please quote Serial No on Receiver

Instructions for use:

Switch on receiver, the green lamp will now illuminate, the receiver is now ready for use. When button "I" is pressed, the "Q" lamp will illuminate momentarily. NOTE: button "II" has no function on this product.

Troubleshooting:

The green light fails to illuminate on receiver - Check battery type PP3 - Replace of necessary.
The red light does not illuminate on transmitter when button is pressed - check battery type 23A - Replace if necessary.
The Receiver does not respond to the transmitter - Check batteries and range.
Also, if multiple units are used, ensure that transmitter/receiver pairs/sets are correct.
The Receiver is triggered randomly - Possibly another transmitter is being used within the area that uses the same code - use alternative equipment.
